How to Start a Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

UK Orders

Access the Royal Mail returns portal via the link below - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6107. This will enable you to automatically return your order. Royal Mail will collect the order from your door, or you can drop at a parcel shop nearby. No printer is needed.

Note: There will be a charge of £3.50 for returning your item, this will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

Please take your return to your nearest postal location and include the order number inside your package. Unfortunately, at this time, due to international shipping costs, we are unable to cover the cost of returning your international order.

Please mark the package as 'Returned Goods' on any customs declaration to avoid import charges.

Your return must be in perfect condition, with tags intact and no sign of wear or damage. If your parcel is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these needs, we will not be able to process your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We release our frames in limited quantities, so we can’t always guarantee an exchange will be in stock. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK & EU: Your legal right to cancel

If you're in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. This applies in addition to our 30-day returns policy. Refunds under this right are made in full, though we may deduct for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
