Shipping policy

UK Shipping

Order before 2:00pm and your order ships the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ship the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends, so orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (24 or 48 hour service). You'll receive full tracking details by email or text.

During busy periods, please allow one extra working day for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days and the tracking isn't updating, contact us at hello@sonnyeyewear.com.

International Shipping

International orders placed before 2:00pm UK time ship the same working day, and typically arrive within 3–7 working days depending on destination.

Depending on your country, your order may incur import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are unfortunately outside our control.

Where possible, please use a residential address rather than a PO Box — we can't guarantee delivery or delivery times to PO Boxes.
